Shipping policy

Shipping rate

We charge a flat shipping rate of $6 per order within the United States, regardless of the number of items purchased.

Processing time

Orders are shipped within 3 business days after payment is received. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal and USPS holidays.

Incoming Inventory is excluded from our standard processing time. Please read further below for our Incoming Inventory policy.

All orders ship domestically from Hendersonville, North Carolina.

Carrier and delivery time

Orders are shipped using USPS Ground Advantage. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after USPS accepts the package, depending on the destination.

Delivery times are estimates and do not include our processing time. Delays caused by severe weather, holidays, or USPS operations may occasionally occur.

Tracking

Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has shipped. Please allow some time for USPS to scan the package and begin displaying tracking updates.

Shipping addresses

Please verify that your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.

Orders returned because of an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address may require an additional shipping payment before they can be sent again.

Delayed, lost, or damaged packages

If we are unable to ship your order within the stated processing time, we will contact you with an updated shipping date and the option to cancel for a full refund.

If your package appears to be lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number. For damaged shipments, please retain the item and packaging and include photographs so that we can investigate the issue with USPS.

Incoming Inventory

Incoming Inventory products are imported by JS Games before customer fulfillment. Each incoming product displays a specific date by which it will ship from our U.S. fulfillment location. Customers will not owe customs duties or tariff charges.

Orders containing both incoming and in-stock products will ship together by the latest ship-by date shown in the order. Customers who want in-stock products sooner should place them in a separate order.

Incoming products may be canceled at any time before domestic carrier acceptance for a full refund of the canceled product to the original payment method. If we cannot meet the promised ship-by date, we will contact the customer before that date and offer either a revised date or immediate cancellation and refund.
