Shipping timing

These items are currently in Japan and require additional time before shipment. Each product page states the date by which the item will ship via USPS from our U.S. fulfillment location.

Import charges

JS Games handles all import duties and tariffs before domestic shipment. You will not owe any import charges.

Cancellations

You may cancel anytime before domestic shipment for a full refund to your original payment method.

Orders containing in-stock items

Orders containing both in-stock and incoming products will ship together once all items are ready.
